I don't think the flex spaces necessarily get you more rent. 

HelloWe travelled to tarpon springs with my wife in March and really loved the area and the parks/beaches there.We are thinking about buying a vacation house/ investment property there.

I think they do a decent job on working a loan, every company has its strengths and weaknesses but I would not disqualify a company because it’s portal is awful as long as it provides me a snap shot or updates on a loan.

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.
