Do you have a current need for that cash flow generated from the tax savings?

Millions of people need a safe, clean and affordable place to live.

For my senior project, I am researching the ideal marketing strategy for a hypothetical (but could become real) multi-unit Tiny Home STR property in Malibu, CA (with the potential to generate huge cash flow and long-term equity ;)To graduate, I need a guest from a real estate company to sit in on my final presentation (10 minutes) and to provide brief feedback (3-5 minutes) on Tuesday, April 23rd at 3:00 PM PST on Zoom (15 minutes total).

However, even if I wanted to spend time in Tulum, I'd buy a property in a more profitable area (of Mexico) and use the cash flow to rent for cheap in Tulum to get money and lifestyle together.

Many of the communities where we could find homes that cash flow actually did not have these measures.

The outside drain still has some cast iron pipe with some small tree roots in it and I plan to get a plumber to clean and reline the pipes with that blue stuff.

People want a sense of that flow before they book.

Identifying a d purchasing properties that are undervalued due to under market rents caused by owners with a lower purchase basis that are terrified of losing tenants and raising rents, will definitely provide you with immediate upside appreciation when adjusting rents to market rates as well as covering all your holding costs and a cash flow reward every month. 

It is rare that municipalities permit new mobile home communities and financially, unless you have extremely deep pockets, buying a existing community with cash flow is preferred since a new community with no homes and no tenants will take many years to come close to even breaking even from lot rents.  

I would like to buy an asset that produces significant cash flow.
