See if that is the case in your state.Also, your GC should receive lien releases each with each progress payment he gives to his subs.

Hey guys, we do a meetup on the last Saturday of every month on Staten Island, a couple of guys on here started it a few months ago so it’s in it’s infancy yet gets a pretty steady turnout of a few guys doing their thing out here and in NJ!
