Northern VT is strong too since Stowe in on the Epic pass and Jay gets a lot of the Canadian crowd.

Many sites do syndicate MLS data, but it's much more robust for active listings and a large fail for closed statistics.

Obviously with this summer’s market it wasn’t the best decision for making a lot of money but I’ll still make some, learn a ton, help out a neighbor, and got my feet wet!

@Vishal ChandanRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

You could not change the rent at all, and they could still pay more by a re-evaluation by section 8.

They don’t want to drive more than an hour each way every day.
