Biting more than you can chew is how we grow - you need to get out of your comfort zone, that's one thing.Secondly, buying 4 properties for 100k and selling 3 of them for 135 each would leave you with 1 free and clear.

If you were a beginner in this situation, would you purchase a couple of 2-4 plexes free and clear in our own backyard, look out of state in a less expensive area to purchase more properties free and clear or try to leverage some of the money?
