According to Texas state law (Attorney General's Office), a company which offers a "business opportunity" in exchange for up front money, MUST be registered in the state, they MUST present a list of other people who are part of the group AND show ACTUAL income, and they MUST be bonded with a $25k bond made payable to Texas.
