I suppose it was no coincidence that most of the foreclosures that I saw were in the C&D space and it's also no coincidence that when market cycles mature, capital has a flight to quality to protect the downside.I think the key to surviving the next adverse cycle, whenever that may happen, is to not take on too much debt, stress-test your numbers, and invest in growing markets (where people are moving TO) in good quality properties.

If they continue to complain, tell them they can terminate the lease (with or without penalty, depending on the situation and your lease).The stress they cause is not worth the money.

Yea I did they are good realtors but sometimes get stressed out and need to bring them back to your main plan because they will start to stray away getting caught up with other buyers that they are helping tryin to say things like “this couple loves this house I think it would be a good rental for you” type of stuff just don’t stray from your plan !!!!!
