Wouldn't the utility cost vary greatly from complex to complex depending on the heat source, vintage, building condition, etc?

Too many "tricks" are required to make them do what you want, which is give you the ability to see not only categories of transactions, but also unit and property assignment.

Not everyone needs an agent to represent them....but if you have to ask you likely fall into the category of people who do need representation.
