Michigan is an ideal market for investors living in Toledo, OH or surrounding areas.

The highest potential for appreciation (rent rates and equity) is going to be the McAllen/Edinburg and its surrounding cities such as Mission, Pharr due to the growth of these areas among other factors. 

Hi folks,I'm close to getting my first MHP under contract and am trying to understand whether my project will have some of the tax advantages that park owners enjoy due to the 15  yr depreciation schedule on certain infrastructure assets.Here's the issue; I'm buying the park for the current assessed land tax value and because it's a TOH only park with no buildings, the tax assessment doesn't reflect any land improvements (that would otherwise provide a starting point for determining a reasonable allocation between what's depreciable and what isn't (ie., the land). 

Similar homes in the surrounding area are selling for around $280,000.My question is this, suppose I could get a private loan for the $150,000 and purchase the house.

It takes millions of dollars and a ton of time and infrastructure to run one of these businesses.

Hire a company with infrastructure in place who does this kind of thing day in & day out.

Hello ,I’m a realtor in Albany , during this time of year I do see people buying up a lot of property , rental units but there is still a lot of room and options in surrounding areas for investing to happen .

He mentioned rebuilding the wall under the window and shoring it up really well with 2x4's and then making forms for a concrete fill in, making sure to put a water barrier, such as red guard on the old adobe surrounding, to avoid moisture from the concrete, dissolving the adobe blocks inside the Plaster walls.
