Although I live in Raleigh I’m always on the hunt for more opportunities in the Asheville and surrounding area.

We are looking all over Lex and surrounding counties currently.

The areas will be Durham, Raleigh NC and the surrounding areas.

and Jackson and surrounding counties were included in the areas that got the benefits.what were the benefits one might ask? 

Hi @Joshua Hill -- First and most importantly, I want to make sure that you are aware of the legal requirements surrounding PM - as a non-licensed person you can only manage properties that you have an ownership interest in OR if you are an employee of the entity that owns said property. 

If you are looking for buy and hold cash flow in Orlando, I would suggest keeping your search area wide enough to pull in some of the surrounding areas (Deltona, Sanford, Lake County, Brevard County, Osceola, even Polk etc).

@Steven OrtizWelcome to BP and to the city of Angels :)I definitely think that investing locally in LA and surrounding areas has its perks (appreciation, easier to manage) but first you will have to define your goals in RE goals and go from there.

I am an Architect based out of Chicago and do a lot of work in the surrounding suburbs as well.

I chose to target a metropolitan area and some of the area surrounding it.

As others have mentioned, prior to the COVID-19 disruption, the market has been red hot in Clarksville, Nashville and surrounding areas.
