Whether you do so on a full TK e or part time basis will be up to you, but don't be "that guy" several years down the road that wishes he would have started sooner (like me).Educate yourself, pick a strategy, and go!  

I learned a lot from spending time mixing with other turn key guys as well..I was on the road setting up a booth, doing seminars with the other turn key guys.

Where the rubber meets the road is when a listing agent guarantees a % of the listed price and if not sold, they buy it for that amount, like 90% of the listed price!

I can see this getting a little icky sticky down the road when we go to sell inasmuch as we would all be factoring in his improvement costs when splitting up the loot from the sale.

Our concern is if we decide to sell it down the road that people may have trouble getting financing.it is one of only about three houses on the road.

I haven't done any deals in real estate yet.Would love to keep in touch since we're so close and possibly joint venture on a deal down the road.

That might save you more trouble down the road if you know you were in violation.

Sooner or later a municipality cannot pay for lights, road repair, even fire if there are not enough people paying into the system.
