Certainly worth having your broker review it to make sure you're not making any bone-headed mistakes, though!

You want to get off on the right foot and great customer service and communication is the key to 5 star reviews.

If you want or need greater sophistication to change the LLC Agreement later on, that can always be done and/or reviewed by an attorney pretty easily.
