The notice says grass / weeds must be cut or trimmed by Apr 22, but I got the notice in mail today (Apr 26).My local property manager isn't responding in a timely manner.- Anyone have experience with this notice?

, got responses from both sides of the endless unlicensed-wholesaler debate, but because every other wannabe/newbie wholesaler wanted to cheer him on, he got more votes than NORMAL (but not "top"), and because he responded to every post, all of a sudden he's the "Top Contributor"?

It becomes a waste of time to look for deals for your friend in California if he isn't quick to respond.

I did not respond to the person you did, because I figured there was some serious mental impairment she must be suffering and I don't pick on cripples.

It’s now the 16th and they still have not paid in full and are not responding to the management company.

As far as companies go - Stack House and Kountry Containers are good guys and respond quickly to inquiries.
