If it really does work like they say it's a good deal if you have the stomach for remote-renovating, I don't know their markets well enough so I'm not educated enough to say.I'm going to do a little more research on providing loans, I don't think that it's for me at this point but I've never looked into it much.

These companies often look for housing on Airbnb and Furnished Finder so definitely list on those sites as well.Once you get your first inquiry, nurture that relationship and think about how you can provide them value and be a problem solver for them. 

I did do a sales search but didn't provide results either,  other than the listing agent who played dumb saying she has no info.

Each of these markets provide healthy appreciation and cash flow, TX will be more challenging to cash flow bc of the taxes but there's much more appreciation there.
