The reason i asked about to remodel it and rent it or just flip and sell it is to know for Columbia what better, the neighbor hood are in A grade that is good , but I hear things about the city like cockroaches and humidity and less place to go out that make me think again about rent it to people.One thing I learned and correct me if I wrong , is when house is remodel and unique in neighborhood people will rent it 90% of cases.
