Tenant maintenance issues, tenant ledger, previous inspections, HOA violations etc.

Remember that’s the whole settlement issue.

I think your bigger issue is the margins on something like that.

Personally, I have no issue with a registration and paying a fee.

Some friend has been telling me foundation issue is common in Houston area because it is building on active soil, and the extreme weather might cause foundation issues here and there.
