I've never been concerned about any prosecuter or judge or jury as I have never done anything in business, including forming entities, that would put me before them.And yes, the parent can be responsible for the subsidiaries. :)

I have seen many rise and fall and I have seen some unethical kids run the quality business their parents or grandparents built into the ground... but cutting corners and skirting the rules eventually catches up.

People in these distressed situations can generally not get what they need from an agent, and therefore don't even try.No matter what the market does, there will always be burnt out land lords, people moving next week, folks who inherited a house they don't want, parents looking to pay their kids tuition....they're out there..... in a neighborhood near you!

I've done a few investment deals with my parents, and while it generally works out well, it also creates some problems (like my siblings tend to think my Dad is just giving me money and he should give them money as well.)

I am currently living in my parents old house while I rehab it and clear it out.

My parents have a house down there and I think it would be a great investment to have later down the road.

And that he had calls after every parents weekend with complaints.

Their parents will like the idea.
