What I think  fertile ground for this is to get in with a TV Guru who does the 20 to 50k training's and attend those I have done 3 this year and you find some quality folks there. one they paid a bunch to be there ,,, they get a pretty decent training and a lot of them are already experienced..

You may pay from $1500 - $2000 to work with a quality firm that provides ongoing advisement with respect to proper usage of the tool within the IRS rules.

And they end up with expense creep from on-going repairs (low or no cash flow) or don't realize the cost of operations (which hurts cash flow).  

I know this is an older post but this an ongoing question for those that want to get into investing but also want to make a weekly paycheck while working on their REI business.

We're planning on going there to choose the property but since closing takes a little time, I was wondering how much of the process of buying a property can be done remotely?

I have been at them all rich dad ,,, Armando ,, etc etc.. my dealings with the students is on actual homes they bought.. nothing to do with student training.. that's a separate deal from what I do... but regardless its huge money for the Guru no doubt..

I just don't want this under the fridge potential mold to hold the lease back from being completed.I am the handyman but I do have local friends who watch over the property and could stop in to take a look but, again, is that worth the favor or can I use this as an opportunity to educate/"train" the tenants???

I was curious of your opinion of that and what other training you would advise for an 18 year old.
