What I think fertile ground for this is to get in with a TV Guru who does the 20 to 50k training's and attend those I have done 3 this year and you find some quality folks there. one they paid a bunch to be there ,,, they get a pretty decent training and a lot of them are already experienced..

I have been at them all rich dad ,,, Armando ,, etc etc.. my dealings with the students is on actual homes they bought.. nothing to do with student training.. that's a separate deal from what I do... but regardless its huge money for the Guru no doubt..

I just don't want this under the fridge potential mold to hold the lease back from being completed.I am the handyman but I do have local friends who watch over the property and could stop in to take a look but, again, is that worth the favor or can I use this as an opportunity to educate/"train" the tenants???
