I normally put an exhaust fan over the range unless there was a microwave installed when I bought the property and it's obvious one was there before.  

I had figured that if someone got hurt, they would go after my home owner's policy and then once exhausted my umbrella.  

There's no mountains here to recalculate my mental map so I was feeling completely lost.

As a mental health therapist, I understand the value of empathic listening.

The mentality is that a landlord is a business person with lots of money and knowledge and the tenant is a poor idiot that knows nothing and can do no wrong.

I suspect were you bought  a 500 fico is average.. so your kind of stuck with that hand out mentality and tenant. 

@Allan C.I have the umbrella for the investments because there are a lot of tenants and moving pieces, but mainly because I had an apartment building that I leased out to mentally ill patients. 

Speaking to the homeowners, who had not paid the mortgage for 7 years and the fact they had no resources to cure the balance and had exhausted several loan modifications.

Not all routines look the same for people and constantly keeping tabs on your tenants will be exhausting in the long run.

I also wish to work on my fitness physically mentally spiritually.Anyone else down?
