For example, my goal is to have passive income that eventually cover my expenses (a.k.a financial freedom), therefore I would choose BRRRR or buy and hold strategy instead of flipping, although flipping could be an intermediate objective to gain more capital, more experience, or as the best existing strategy for that specific deal.
