In that time I became fascinated with the idea of freedom that real estate could provide.

I wanted to create this post to introduce myself to all of the followers in this sub thread, as it seems we all have similar objectives, goals, and a purpose to obtain financial freedom through Real Estate.

For example, my goal is to have passive income that eventually cover my expenses (a.k.a financial freedom), therefore I would choose BRRRR or buy and hold strategy instead of flipping, although flipping could be an intermediate objective to gain more capital, more experience, or as the best existing strategy for that specific deal.

Most people on here will rail against HOA's and how they take away your freedom and how they might impose special assessments etc. etc.

And lastly like so many of you my goals mostly entail financial freedom, early retirement, and the ability to fund my expensive aviation hobby as a private pilot with a few planes.

Thats very exiting to me because this would be my first time making passive income.i just recently became a father and a husband and now all i can think about is financial freedom by using real estate.

I am pursuing financial freedom later in life, just having turned 52. 

I’m looking for that financial freedom this can give.
