Not sure if others above are using the GV app, but you can have multiple phone lines run through the app, thus no need for more than one cell phone.

I know if I hired one to take care of a property, there would be a fat bonus at the end of the year if there were no problems and I was making money because of their good management.

Too bad LoopNet doesn't list properties pointing out that they have a cell site.

We want the tenants who are looking on line because they have access to a computer, bank account, cell phone, email, etc. 

I am looking to skiptrace large excel files for cell phones and other pertinent info.

You need to make sure that you are buying at a high enough cap rate that you have some fat in the deal to tide you over if vacancy rises.  

Not good if there's a leak.The good one I asked the same question and he gave me the after hours number, which a live person answered, his cell number (which I will never call unless there's an absolute emergency that only he can fix), and a number of other ways.The difference is night and day with property managers. 

Don't worry about providing a telephone land-line as most crews will simply give the company their cell phone number to reach them.
