Their solution is to call an 800 number (not a solution since their number wasn't working), go online (not a solution since their online site is down for maintenance), or go to a local office.  

My suggestion is to attend REIAs, find an investor, treat them to coffee/lunch, offer to help them out with office work, rehabbing, finding deals, etc.

Obamacare is causing problems as they are nickel and diming the doctor's office.

I'm thinking with her graduating college next summer and her being in the reserves (Army) it will help as the traditional W2 job with her Officer pay.

There is also commission splits and extra office fees that I would be subject to if we have to run everything thru her office.   

I read Landlording on Autopilot by Mike Butler (a police officer turned successful investor) and confirmed my suspicion.

I have two rentals that are "only" getting me 0.7% but, with fellow military officers in them, their families are taking better care of the properties then I would!

I am a retired military officer who can devote full time with my wife to this business.

The other consideration is the front of the bldg has about 5,000 sq ft of empty office space / lunch room / bathroom facilities / Meeting room etc; How to best make use of that space .?
