Something to consider while you build your "business"

Landlording friends is something that I've thought about for a bit, as in general, I think mixing friendships and business can be a hard line to straddle.

Saturday if my day isn’t too busy I drive to the two properties that are a little farther away.

I think it is a great business to be in. 

Again mixing personal relationship emotions with business relationships.

Your relationship with a CC means nothing to a bank except credit score-very different businesses. 

If you can't treat this like a business and get rid of bad renters, then I recommend you hire someone to do it for you. 

They give you discounts on West Elm, Pottery Barn, etc and a membership is free if you have a business.
