If she has no interest how much energy is she putting in?

Welcome, Little bit about me, I have been inspecting properties for 3 years, I am BPI Energy Auditor certified, Internachi Building inspector certified, Leased residential homes for 2 years with Renters Warehouse, held a real estate license for 3 years, did 3 years of residential HVAC work, hold a residential HVAC diploma and EPA certifications. 

If you change the size you will be required to get a permit and will need to meet energy codes.  

However life happened and my credit burned up and now I have a five month old.

I haven't let anyone crash and burn yet but they've floundered a few times...lol  And most of them have thanked me for the opportunity and appreciated being exposed to more things.For investing I need to learn to let go as well, I'm way too involved in everything.

After receiving a stop work letter during demolition, and realizing that my GC made an oversight on the level of drawings required for the level of renovations we needed to perform, we hired a local design/PE company to complete the structural, electrical, plumbing, fire, and energy efficiency as required by code enforcement.

I would do this even if you have an LLC in case the really worst case scenario happens and you have a car accident that kills someone or you accidentally burn down someone's building.
