One of the biggest perks I have found about SFR is that you can better choose the neighborhood.

Reserves are the biggest issue for those that have been aggressively buying and not counting on much for reserves.

I am originally from Saskatoon and the biggest drawback of Regina is the soil.

I live in Des Moines, IA not a huge market compared to chicago, but its the biggest city in Iowa.  

That is the biggest barrier you have to break down when structuring an owner financed offer.

I am seeing Vegas Casino/hotels offer 99 dollar specials right now  4 days 3 nights use it anytime in the next 18 months..

My biggest advice is to be conservative.
