I'm just having a mental block, I don't even know where OR how to shift my mindset from doing everything to managing others to do it for me. 

In addition to having all of your contacts in one place and having a great, built-in to-do list function, you can also use the "Programs" feature of Contactually to automatically perform certain actions, or remind you to do them.  

I went through the list on sensefinancial (a few automatically ruled out due to lending only local).

I didn't trust the hospital to keep my mom safe and comfortable, as so much communication is lost at shift change and many of the employees are tasked with taking care of too many patients.

As Matt posted the Chicago landlord tenant ordinance above, be very careful, if a landlord screws up the security deposit you can be out 3x or 4x the security deposit, automatically, and there are lawyers advertising in Chicago like crazy to help tenants made money off of this ordinance.

Over that time frame the rental market can shift too, but there should be much less volatility than the sale side. 

Before I took the plunge, I was all in stocks and with my new interest RE I am planning to shift more aggressively towards RE porfolio but still not sure on the long term outcome.
