First, prior to the tenant occupying the property, this house was majorly rehabbed with new carpeting in living room, new luxury tile in kitchen, new appliances, new bathroom (tile, floors, cabinet, toilet, etc.), hardwood floors were immaculate and the entire house was painted top to bottom.These tenants have been very physically hard on the property.  

In all seriousness, I think white is a very safe color for kitchen cabinets.  

It will brighten up the kitchen and make it look bigger and more up to date.  

The good news being it is only kitchen/dining and bathroom that has the grey tile, the rest will have dark hardwood.

The screen door was broken and they did not clean the kitchen, carpets, etc. when they left.
