Currently rents are quite low even with healthy growth in the job market and relatively low delivery of new projects.

Although the cash flow here may be dwarfed by other states, the appreciation can be quite spectacular, about 20% in the last two years.

I understand this is quite difficult for you to understand market and laws here.Meanwhile builder of 1st property has rejected my offer and now I am left with only one option.

Well there were many lessons learned and I don't regret quitting my other job at all.

The numbers seem relatively high for the properties in my area but I'm not quite sure because they have comps on the same street that are in the same range of values.Any help would be great.Thanks,

I have to give such a notice out soon to one of my tenants in Ohio. I have researched to find an answer without success. Do any of my fellow Ohio investors know if this needs to be done certified or just hand-served...
