Does it really matter if you don't buy for a few years and then finally find a good deal or package of deals, have a bazooka of capital and buy 5 great deals in one year? 

This guy also purchased this home with 19 other homes in different states in a bundle package type deal.

He is promoting his mentoring package.

Purchase is 500k for the package.

Things to ask about when discussing with the banks, as every bank is different.Definitely put together a package with all the numbers: projected rents, rehab estimates and schedule, etc.Good luck!

I checked the website, and received the eBook, but the eBook points to another package.  

One option that I considered is 'leasing' the appliances monthly to the new tenant, whoever that is....Say $25/mo for washer and dryer and $25/mo for fridge....or just leave the fridge as part of the package...that seems to be standard in this particular townhome community.  3 - Attic space.....do you typically allow tenants the use of the attic? 

I'd call them TK at this point based on all the improvements, and was considering making them a package deal. 

Been on here reading for some months.My first deal, I’m looking at 2 duplex, 3 sfh package deal.

Also, this deal could not have happened without this help and was part of a package deal in which I had to close on all of them or would have lost the entire deal.
