@Jeff Wells  and @Erik Olsen - Fort Hood is not about deployments - there are several brigades and a corps headquarters and usually at least one is deployed or redeploying - it is more about when "PCS" season is.

They should have all the information in them out might be a lot of information to read through but I would suggest going through it once and getting a list of questions together based on what was confusing to ask either an attorney in your area or a seasoned investor at the sale.I'm going to register for the upcoming sale here in March but I'm not going to bid.

It appears that note buyers are going to want 6-12 months of seasoning or they are going to want to buy the note at a "significant discount".
