My wife sold 15.5 million last year in PDX and it was all referral.. now even with commish splits ext.. that was well north of 300k she made her self.. and she is not lazy or worthless.. matter of fact I find her to be quite valuable.. and that does not include the flip she did herself that closed last nov.. that she made about 125k on I posted about that.. so maybe if you got to rag on agents maybe you should know a little of what your talking about  :) and or understand that it simply does not happen like you think being lazy dumb @$$'s who just fall into money... what do you call someone like your self  ???
