Hello fellow Biggerpocketers,I need some advice how to build relationship with a wholesaler.

Anyone can do this, but do not underestimate the amount of hard work, will power and persistence that it's going to take.These are the numbers exclusively for the flipping side of the business, it does not include my holds or 10+ wholesale deals that we did.

A while back wholesalers were listing their deals on Zillow  while they were under contract but they didn't have possession of the property.

Currently 17 and waiting until I’m 18 to get my first property under contract to keep myself motivated I have been getting leads in my free time just so I can get the hang of it and understand it more, however I haven’t called anyone yet because I didn’t want to call if I wasn’t serious about getting it under contract yet but I was just wondering what some of the wholesalers in this forum might think.

Does anyone know of a meetup group in Newark NJ where newbies can learn how to start investing in property; flip and or wholesale?

Does location play a significant role in wholesaling because I'm in a medium sized town in Mississippi and last week I was following a wholesale training video on YouTube and went on Listability.com to find "Absentee owners" ...

Can someone who does wholesale deals in CT be able to give me some legal guidance and knowledge on how I will have to structure my deals?

Are you dealing with any wholesalers? 

I could be digging myself into a deeper hole....All the people I meet at networking events want to work together by being my cash buyer since I'm already partnering with 50% wholesale fees (me being in the acquisition and my partner to find the buyers and close).
