@Cali Skier you can make claims on most home warranties when its rented.

Some just can’t stand having debt, which is valid too, but then building wealth is going to take much longer.

Some have real long warranties.  

I asked about warranty but haven’t heard back yet.

Structural repairs you need the right masonry contractor for, many times they won’t warranty the work unless they do it their way.

I believe your landlord has something like 21 days to give you an itemized list of deductions, but I also believe that sending it through email is probably as valid a method as regular mail.

When I evict a tenant I show photos and videos to prove damage is valid without a doubt.

@James Brad valid point I def have noticed that from living here a few years.

Ultimately, I think I'm looking for validation in pursuing this deal and hopefully advice on accessing equity after the fact.Really appreciate any help.Thanks.
