Looking for recommendations for companies that lease pay laundry machines for multifamily buildings in Baltimore.

I know they are very limited now due to COVID restrictions but they are still going on whether virtual or in person.

Invest virtually, in other markets that are more buyer friendly:  declining sales>increasing inventory>price reductions>extended days on the market.

Facebook groups, IG, local REIAs (there are a lot who have hosted meetups virtually throughout the pandemic) are a great source of info and connections.

With everything going on I rather do a virtual meet up or meet in an outdoors environment with limited people.

Laundry Room still takes quarters but requires brand new machines for electronic payment compatibility.
