I just started wholesaling in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas and then Covid-19 hit.

I found a local cabinet manufacturer that was 1/3 the price of the cheapest ones at HomeDepot - then they charged $150 for assembly and delivery and then hired a handyman to install for $300.Unless that surround was cracked or damaged in the bathroom - I would have left it. 

Don’t worry about the market, it can be NYC, any of the 5 Boroughs, you can look in surrounding areas or it can even be out of state.
