The whole point of TK is to maximize cash flow by addressing all the issues that could cost the investor down the road.

Think of it as you are paving a road for easier travel in the future.   

But.... in the event you come to the conclusion down the road your not happy with their management company they you should reach out to Alex who owns his own management company. 

The books were like road maps to where I wanted to go and how to get there..

Some people just DONT GET IT, but down the road is the hope that maybe they will at least accept it as successful.

What is good about the low money down conventional route is you can lock in a good rate and not have to stress about a refi a few years down the road because the equity will remove the insurance.  

@Keith FrankI agree about bringing on a partner and started down that road initially.  

Once you have a little saved up, consider jumping in.I am sure a lot of people can and do make it starting with nothing, but I am sure it is a rough and nerve racking road.
