I see us as real estate investors using the BRRR strategy as a social impact strategy!

Their caretakers and social workers were not desiring for them to inherit money from the sell of the house because then they would loose their public funding for the group homes, medical care which they all needed. 

So my question to everyone is how should someone go about still making connections when everyone is practicing social distancing/moving to an online space?

Any social media platform, that you can find to leave a review, I would write the review.

You could go a step further and follow the interviewees on their social media page and try reaching out with individual questions to build rapport.

No social media no TV!

Yayy lol.. recently I’ve been cold calling, driving for dollars, social media marketing, and just started placing bandit signs out.

I have almost no social life during the week, haha, and then I grind hard on weekends to catch up and push the needle forward. 

CRMs, social media ads, promotional products, SEO, SEM, probate marketing, and of course, ZTR (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com) where you can spend money like it's free and unless you're spending tens of thousands per month, you'll generally get crap for ROI

There's a lot of social brainwashing that goes into that.
