It sounds like you're pretty set on shutting it down, and it kinda reminds me of the time in my home town when authorities removed the stop signs from a train crossing because they were becoming "a maintenance issue."

As I can imagine most agents are trained to think in terms of CASH or Conventional Financing transaction.

A big firm may not be interested in training a newbie, but big agents may be looking for someone to "train" for a small cut.

They have tons of training and people who could mentor you when you first start out.

If you don't feel you are worthy then take the training and put in the hard work to make yourself an asset.
