Honestly they give the business a bad reputation as there are someLegitimate brokers out there.

Otherwise, local small banks/credit unions in my area will lend on manufactured homes. 

Just make sure you get a reputable HVAC tech for the work.

If she was that successful her reputation and integrity would be worth more than $2500.

A small city full of rentals mainly made for manufacturing plant workers housing.

Not very 4 Hour Work Week of me to start, but I also want to learn the ropes myself before I start taking on the idea of identifying a reputable PM that I trust with my property.

I have no experience in REI however, I have been reading/listening to podcasts for the past few months and would like to get started.I am located in Inland Empire of Southern California and this would be my first property.I have looked into house hacking using the FHA 3.5% down, however running numbers found that with just about every property I will still have to pay additional for mortgage - and not really have a house of my own with my own back yard etc.I am now considering purchasing a SFH using FHA 3.5% down with a big enough land/back yard to build 2-3 manufactured / SFH as rental properties.

Otherwise, it might be bad product, where the locking-lips got cut short on the run or something.I might send that pic to the manufacturer and see what they think.LOL - Care to share what product so we know to avoid it?
