Hey guys, I have searched and found quite a few topics that discuss Auction.com, but have not read anywhere where someone has gotten a house under contract and found a cash buyer to assign it to through Auction.com.An employee from the site has reached out to me for awhile about putting my deals on there, and seems to fully understand the wholesale process and says they regularly do them.Does anyone have any experiences or thoughts?

I would borrow all the money for the projects, keep the 8,000 for emergencies, or to live on until house sale payday, unless you have a job with regular income.

Don't expect that to happen though because the overages from the tax sales are held by the county for one year and then they get to keep them if the former owner is unaware and doesn't claim them in time.
