And if you try this I would propose tying your paychecks to progress of the flip the way a GC does, instead of weekly or monthly.

@Tyler Hungerford I did live in it up until this tenant moved in a few months ago.Primarily my reason for selling comes down to the fact that I don't see the San Jose market progressing quickly enough for the return to cover the costs.

This property is directly in the path of progress and Ben and Sam have positioned themselves well to capitalize on these market dynamics.
