Importing each calendar on each site, obviously immediately overwrites the previous calendar therefore immediately updating the site with the new calendar, but from what "Mike V." stated above, it takes a few hours for auto-synch to update it therefor leaving a few hours open to possibly have a double booking problem.

Even if you can just add a carport that will help-the new owner can throw a shed in the backyard and now there's storage.
