Personally, even with interest rate uncertainty and election year hysteria, I am building a stronger and stronger conviction around the fact that I need to get a little more aggressive in acquiring more income properties.

Bigger Pockets is a great place to get educated in the Real estate market.

If and when available for my personal properties or buyer client's in Oregon, seller financing has been the way to go.

I really would like to keep as much personal cash as I can at the moment because I am expecting some very big life changes this summer which will take a good chunk of my income.

As I go through this journey I have also decided to educate myself in real estate investment so that I can be best prepared for July 2020, this is the point when I will be debt-free and will be shifting all my energy to actively investing in real estate utilizing the BRRR method.To that end, I have made it a goal to analyze 2 properties per day so I can become familiar with my area and become comfortable analyzing properties...and that is where my issue is.

Personally this is the way I think governments should implement these regulations.
