People spend more time deciding on a backsplash then they do screening tenants

People have already said what your options are.

If a crappy area, I would not try to STR it, since you will likely be getting people who want a CHEAP place to stay.  

Rates are making deals a bit tighter We're having to run our numbers tighter and in turn not as many deals make sense. 

More people on BP post about successes than the lessons they learned.

There are 3 people that are looking to move in. 2 of them passed background check and income verification.

I had cash flow left over, and after 18 months, we refinanced and I paid back the HELOC.If you can get into a bigger deal that will create more equity, then it makes sense.

Im sure they probably did, I’ve seen their ‘Zestimates’ and they don’t make much sense to me.
