any preferred apps for iphones and apple products?

Tools that I use for keeping organized are pretty analogue (Folders, checklist, etc.) paired with couple of apps that I find very helpful such as Excel, DropBox (which I store all my work files onto) and OneNote.

You might also consider a CRM or project management software like Salesforce which has many third party apps to integrate with which do some of what you want.
