@Tracy Levy yes I’ve had pretty good results from Batch Skip Tracing like most of these companies I’ve heard it can vary by location.

We will be renting the 3 bedrooms of the main house as mid terms and the in-law as a long term.

Perhaps a Green Card if you are going to stay for a long time or stay indefinitely.

We have a real estate investor's meetup group in Bakersfield each month which is a good way to network and meet other investors.
