Any tenant/applicant with security/privacy issues is going to make for a high maintenance tenant.I have far more important things to do with my time than chase after applicants that are intentionally jerking my chain.

I have read a ton of articles and materials saying one particular way is the gold mine to finding properties but it always is just taking them at their word.
