It really depends on the market - cost per deal is much higher in LA, Phoenix, etc. as you would expect.To throw a range out there - it can easily cost $500 to $2,000 in marketing to get a deal.Here's a way to back into some meaningful metrics for you:>> Use 1 deal in 20 leads as your basis.

Appreciate all the great advice guys @Jerred Morris @Shane Foster and @Michael Quarles From what I'm seeing on this post (and a few others I've seen) the pattern is generally:Letter [Yellow]Letter [Zip or Yellow]PC [Large]PC [Pictorial or some sort] Typed LetterRepeatAgain I know there's no right or wrong answer just getting a feel of where to start!
