You will make them paranoid and scare them off.If on the other hand you can help fix their credit or offer other solutions, then PERHAPS it would be meaningful to refer to the circumstance.

In my personal opinion, I go by the golden rule that if the call was that important, and if the caller really had something meaningful to say, they'd leave a voicemail.

The key is that you keep putting your money to work, diversifying risk, and earning meaningful returns.

If you are subjective about your dealings with your Property Manager, it could help foster a better relationship between you and your property manager getting you better service.  

I have a house that would make a great foster residence.

Prices here are still at peak and interest rate drop is not all that meaningful.

Some states much worse, and only a handful of states saw meaningful growth.
