Obviously, you don't want an eye sore or a poorly built swing set being placed on your property.

If you can buy a townhouse style multi-plex at like 300k-400k or so a door, depending on the area, there is potential to make some good money.Let me know if you would like me to keep an eye out for these kinds of opportunities.  

You need to become familiar with the price per sqft in a couple of areas, and then keep your eyes peeled.

To my untrained eye, you seem to have the method and process down.  

It has so many uses from being able to show your work to everyone on the internet while keeping an eye on all the people working on your home, which looks fantastic by the way.

@Kyle Scharoll Yes, there are, it may take awhile to find the diamond but my suggestion would be to remain patient, don't settle and always keep your eyes open for new deals.
