As a new investor I appreciate and enjoy knowledge on different subjects or different types of rental properties that are beneficial.

I attended a real estate investor's meeting this past summer and really enjoyed it.

I'm brand new to real estate investing and enjoy all of the content here at Bigger Pockets.My goal is to generate passive income through turnkey rental real estate.

But that is primarily because I enjoy that aspect of investing more than the rental business.

Lastly, this amateurish notion that appreciation is merely whimsical speculation, fitful gambling, etc. has been debunked many times on BP.

My investments will probably not appreciate as much as theirs have, but I don't have to wait until I'm old to enjoy the benefits.
